So I cut open my kegs the other day to convert to keggles and noticed what looks like rust on the inside. Is this rust or just residue from the old beer? I let some PBW sit overnight and it didn't do much. Anyone else seen this and know how to get rid of it? ImageUploadedByHome Brew1413762000.729345.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1413762012.482492.jpg

Bar keepers friend and elbow grease.... that crap don't come out by itself. You have to scrub it.

oxyclean with hot water soak for 1 hour. then if any of the crud remains use barkeepers friends and a green scrubby. the advantage of using oxyclean is it also passivates your kettle
