What are the options out there for companies that make custom sized false bottoms for kettles?
I know of Norcal and they are definitely the top of my list.
But I seem to recall seeing another option where the person/company would have you measure the height from the bottom of your kettle to your ball valve and they would include a curved downspout and the whole works.
Just wanted to be able to take a look at all options before I decided.
