Working on a PB&J milk stout. Wondering what some of you beer designers and Breaking Bad cooks think of what I worked up. Welcome any recommendations or critique.

Thank you... there are a lot of firsts in this brew.. I've never used milk sugar, PB2 or Trix (yes, the one for kids). What do ou think of the hops and Yeast?

Just some things to think about;

120 C and E.special might be a lot of crystal considering you only have 6 oz of black patent.

No chocolate malt? To me chocolate malt "is" a milk stout. I recommend chocolate rye as its really smooth.

That PB2 is gonna play havoc with your head retention.

Does trix contain preservatives?

10% lactose, is a lot especially with 2lb of crystal malt.

Also what about something like

Also PBJ make me think wheat and bread flavours.
