Looking for feedback on a recipe.
This is a 12 gal batch, split into two 6 gal fermenters. One will get S-04 yeast, and the other will get WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast
IBU: 34, OG: 1.053, FG: 1.016, ABV 4.8%

- 0.5 oz Apollo FWH
- 0.75 Apollo 30m
- 2 oz Apollo Whirlpool 170 degrees for 15m
- 2 oz El Dorado Whirlpool 170 degrees for 15m
- 2 oz Ekuanot Whirlpool 170 degrees for 15m
