I brewed the Centennial Blond Ale today to get some #'s to figure out my efficiecy and this is what I came up with.

Temp at mash in was 166 (3.8 gal)
grain was 154-155

held for 60 min, drained and batch sparged at 168 (4.8 gal)
collected 7.5 gallons of wort

1st running was 1.083
2nd running was 1.018
combined pre boil was 1.036

boiled 60 min and after cooling was 1.043
started boil with 7.5 gal and ended with 6 gal

I used the calculators at brewer's friend and this is what I got.
conversion efficiency of 97.13%
pre boil efficiency of 84.71%
ending kettle efficiency of 80.94%
brewhouse efficiency of 80.94%

Do these #'s look right?
Thanks for looking
