Corona/Cerveza Beer

OK I picked up some Muntons Cerveza kits (too flippin cold to brew outside). Has anyone ever added lime during the brewing process, Im not sire if its even possible, or whether one should just buy it at drinking time. If you can add it to the brewing cycle, should it be during the primary or secondary phase?
