Hey everyone. I've done some searches but came up blank. Has anyone ever converted a 1 compartment system such as the "true" TDD-4 system to be able to set to 2 different temperatures?
I have a chance to jump on a TDD-4 for a real good price and I don't really need that much keg space! I'd like to be able to ferment in it at a different temperature.
I was thinking of isolating 1 compartment with insulation and installing a blower with a temperature probe to control the second temperature. I might need a heat lamp or something in there though.
If anyone did or has seen anything like this please give me your input so I can learn from those experiences.
