I'm brewing an ESB tomorrow (Common House ESB) and it has OG of 1.054 and uses EKG and Fuggles.

The recipe calls for S-04 or WY1968, but I have some harvested Conan...anybody know if Conan would do well in an ESB?

I'm thinking its of English origin and it might do nicely?

I would go with so-4. The conan is super fruity (peachy I think). But, split the batch in 1/2 and see what you like better.

+1. See what you like the best!
