So I'm just getting into All-Grain and looking for some advice on some possible Pale Ale combinations. I currently have on hand Colombus, Nugget and Willamette hops (as they were on sale at the LHBS).

I was thinking about going with an all Colombus strategy and maybe finish/dry hop with the Williamette to mellow it out a bit. I know there are similar threads out there but thought maybe someone has used some combination of these hops together and ended up with something tasty? Thanks

They're always tasty. I like to use all but an ounce or so of the most bitter hops for the boil. Then I'll rotate through the last 10 min a little bit of everything and the same for the dry hop. I know it's vague but it's the most simple way to explain the method.
