Hello all,
I'm trying to reduce my brewing footprint as much as possible. Apartment life is in the foreseeable future.
My system: 2000w Element with stove top assist, BIAB with a dunk sparge.
My problem: The gantry.
This is what I currently use, which is a hold over from my 240v 15 gallon system.

My problem is the space it takes and the pain it is moving from my beer closet to the kitchen.
The challenge here, is that I cannot mount anything in the ceiling, and whatever I use must be portable.
Is there a better way to build a collapsible or folding gantry? Out of PVC? Or another lighter material than 2x4?
Holding the bag isn't really an option and buying a ladder doesn't make sense at this juncture either.
