I have a Blue Coleman cooler mash tun. It has a brass valve on it with a CPVC manifold. I have never had a stuck sparge with this setup even doing pumpkin beers. I live in the Tacoma Wa area and will travel small distances. Any pictures needed I will post. I will include the 10" long thermometer that I put into the top of the mash tun. Been using this for about a year now and rarely lose 1-2 degrees over an hour mash. I have done many 10 gallon Imperial beers with this setup also. Asking $40
