Noob question here,
If I cold crash my beer for a day or two and then bottle, Should I then let the bottles sit at room temp again to age or do I have to keep them cold? Thanks, Kurt

You'll want to let them sit at room temperature for a few weeks to carb up. Ale yeast will go dormant at cold temperatures. It's the action of the yeast that ferments the priming sugar added at bottling that carbonates the beer in the bottle.

I cold crash between 24 and 48 hours. I take a look at 24 and if it looks like everything has dropped out I'll keg it.
