Hey,
I tried cold crashing my beer with my Grainfather Conical Fermenter and Grainfather’s cooling pump. It worked pretty well, but does anyone know how to keep it at a low temperature?

How low does your cooling pump keep it ?

I got it the other day and only used it once. I got it down to about 3°C. I’m sure I can get it lower if I can get more ice next time

It got gradually warmer when the water and the fermenter were at about the same temperature

I'd look at some glycol chillers . They are such a great piece of equipment. I made mine . Cost me about 300-400 total .
