Hey Everyone!

I'm going to be brewing a California Common next week, and I plan on cold conditioning it in a corny in my kegerator for 2-3 weeks at 38 f.

My question is - can I cold condition my beer while it is on gas and carbing? Or is it best done off the gas?

Cheers!!

You can certainly force carbonate while cold conditioning, I have a dedicated fridge just for that purpose. Indeed, that's an ideal scenario, versus serializing the two processes....

Cheers!
