CO2 in beer prior to bottling/kegging... question

Krausen fell and airlock stopped about 7 days ago. When shinning a flashlight in the carboy it looks like the beer is slightly carbed. Is that normal looking? like tiny CO2 bubbles.
 
Completely normal. And a stable FG should be used as a factor of determining fermentation completion, not airlock activity. Just a heads up because if you are still seeing quite a bit of active bubbles, the yeast may still be doing some work. Cheers!
