Cloudy beer?

I just went to open a bottle from a 5 gallon batch of an imperial blonde ale I bottled about 4 weeks ago. I could tell something was weird looking at the bottle because the beer was lighter in color than the others, and when I poured it was completely opaque and looked cloudy - almost milky. I dumped it before thinking to take a picture, but looking at the rest of the batch the rest look normal.

Any clues to what could have caused this?
