In your opinions what are some of the best methods for cleaning that hard to reach krausen our of your blow off tubes? Especially if it has hardened up?

I use a long wire brush but with my 3/4" tube I use it can get tough to get in their at times.

Lets hear your methods!

First off, cleaning the blowoff tube asap helps a bunch. And similar to a carboy, soak in PBW and rinse...done. It will still be discolored and will get more so as you use it but it should be free of the stuck-on crud. And you can't soak plastic hoses too long, at some point they start to get tacky/sticky. If the hose gets a whitish/cloudy appearance after the PBW soak/rinse, a quick soak in Starsan will help clear that up.
