Been saving up for a vfd pump instead!

I took some time off of brewing for about a year and in that time I didnt do s*** on my systems. When I came back the first thing I did was upgrade my water filter and finally upgrading to Tri clamp now.

Thank you for doing all of that for me! Hopefully you enjoyed that Pliny I sent you!

How is Costa Rica for you? I'm sure the water is pretty soft down there am I correct?

No Costa Rica........Ecuador, and I haven't brewed yet!
Been renovating the house for 10+ months!

Next on the list: Plumb my brew area.

I have Cascade hops planted, and folks have said they "won't grow" here.

Mine have sprouted, and are 'bout 5 inches tall, in 6 weeks.

We shall see!

Edit: Pliny was delicious, as well as the growler being most bitchin'!

Try upping the amount of nitrogen those things feed on - that should help with the growth.
