Hello everyone! I just started my first batch of cider tonight with Apple Raspberry juice, brown sugar, and champagne yeast. Anyone tried something like this before?
The juice I started with was pretty mellow tasting, almost like flavored water, but once I added the sugar it really kicked it up a notch! Can't wait to see how it tastes!
