I just transferred 6 gal to a bottling bucket and I see some white clumps floating. This is a brewers best pear cider kit. It’s been fermenting 2 weeks and looks a little like a tiny jellyfish. It tastes ok so far.

Is it safe to bottle as is? Or do I need to put in some metabisulfate and keg it?

I’m thinking maybe they are yeast colonies? They seem to be the same density as the cider, they float and sink with ease. They do have a fluffy look. I used a fine strainer scoop to mix the priming sugar in and scooped as many as I could out. There wasn’t very many.
