Does it annoy anyone else that almost no cider recipes on here have original or final gravity?

Well, cider is what it is. Some juices are 1.040 or less, some are sweeter and are 1.060 or so. If I knew your juice, and your apples, and the level of ripeness when Picked, I could be a lot more specific.
FG is almost .990-1.000, but I have had one with S04 yeast that finished at 1.004 and stayed there.
