My SR-71 black IPA hits the 3-weeks-in-the-bottle mark today. Good stuff!
I'm not sure what I'll have with my Christmas dinner. All I have in the refrigerator is:
Pale Ale
Irish Red
Oatmeal Stout
Oatmeal Caramel Cream
Raspberry Red
but what I'd like is the Roggenbier that isn't quite ready to sample yet or the Deception Cream Stout that is waiting to be bottled or maybe the Blueberry Cream that hasn't been started yet or maybe the spiced Winter Warmer that is still in the planning. If I just had a few hundred more bottles ......

I tossed an 18lb ham with my pepper rub in the pit for 7.5 hours. We had my Burton ale & my wife's summer ale with it.
