Hi Everybody,
New to the forums here and new to home brewing as well. I got started last summer with a Brewer's Best extract kit and loved it. A friend of mine whom is also a home brewer gave me some of an all-grain IPA that he did and I knew I was completely hooked! I did 2 5 gallon batches of extract (w/ specialty grains) and then jumped to all grain. I love it and this site is partially to blame. Thanks to everyone out there for sharing...
I have completed 3 all grain full boil 5 gallon batches so far and am very pleased. I learn something new just about every day and don't see that changing any time soon...
Have an Ommegang Abbey Dubbel in the primary now and can't wait to try it (thanks for the recipe Gordon!)
