Hi all, been lurking for ages and started posting recently.
I'm Evs and I'm from the Westcountry of England, started brewing in June 2015 and have done around 16 batches of beer so far, mainly all grain but with the odd flirting with extract brewing when time has not been kind. It's a hobby that has turned into a complete obsession, I often find myself daydreaming about what beer I can make next.
Most of my love is for APAs, IPAs and Imperial Stouts but I'm also starting to get into the periphery of the likes of Berliner Weisse and Goses etc.
This site has been a Godsend, so keep doing what you do!
