Cheapest Buy For Ball Locks

With my LHBS jacking the prices WAY up ($38 two weeks ago, $65 this week) I'm faced with finding an alternative to purchasing ball lock kegs. Kegconnection is currently running a deal where orders over $100 ship for free, and they have refurbished ball lock kegs for $49.95. Throw in a $.30 clamp and you could get two shipped for free. Just curious as to whether or not anyone had found a better deal than that.

Shipping to Maryland, so most of the eBay deals are a no-go for me. Shipping a $25 keg for $40 is a stretch.
