Got plans for a holiday-esque brown ale with all spice and vanilla. Adapted this recipe from an extract version I had done before and really enjoyed. Just want to make sure the Crystal amounts look ok. I was afraid to go up in the roasted barley too. I went low on the all spice amount for the time being and see how it progresses, but open to suggestions. The spices will actually be added to the secondary.
Oh yeah, I know the SRM value is low, but not really concerned about it. According to my first recipe it was too, but again I liked it the way it was, but I don't mind bumping up the crystal or barley if it'll make it better.
