Hello everyone, I've been browsing the site for a few months and finally took the leap to introduce myself and hopefully begin brewing this fall. My wife and I have been growing hops for roughly four years now and am looking to use them in our brewing endeavor. We have Kent Golding, Northern Brewer, Hallertauer, and Brewers Gold. This is certainly a new step for us, we've always liked sample the microbrews here throughout the northeast and are extremely looking forward to brewing our own. We've made a few wines and hard ciders throughout the years but this will be our first in brewing beer. I hope to learn much from this site and look forward to all insight regarding our endeavors!
