I've been brewing the same "house IPA" if you will for a few years. I love it and it recently won a bronze medal in a local competition, but its time for new things. The grain bill is very similar to the existing brew but the hop schedule is all new. Below is something I developed based on what I already have in the "inventory" and I would like some opinions.

Boil Size: 8.00 gal
Post Boil Volume: 6.50 gal
Batch Size (fermenter): 5.50 gal
Bottling Volume: 5.50 gal
Estimated OG: 1.066 SG
Estimated Color: 8.2 SRM
Estimated IBU: 58.0 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 72.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 81.8 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amt Name Type # %/IBU
12 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 85.7 %
1 lbs Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 2 7.1 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 3 3.6 %
8.0 oz Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 4 3.6 %

1.25 oz Warrior [15.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 55.9 IBUs
1.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 6 1.1 IBUs
1.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 1.0 min Hop 7 1.1 IBUs
1.0 pkg Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) Yeast 8 -
1.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days Hop 9 0.0 IBUs
1.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days Hop 10 0.0 IBUs

Looks like hoppy goodness to me. Another option would be 1z Cascade/1Z Will at 1, 1z Cascade/1Z Will at flameout, whirlpool 20 min, 1z Cascade/1Z Will Dry Hop. Might get a little more out of the hops that way. Either way should be fine, though.

Adjustments made here is where I'm at now
