I just took a gravity reading on the smash IPA I brewed with cashmere 11 days ago.
These are awesome👍👍.

Never seen the "Hopsteiner" tool before, so no idea how its fidelity compares to the Beer Maverick tool which I have reasonable faith in :)

Cheers!

I've tried it, but with other hops. How would you describe the flavor profile?
For instance, I got no strawberry.

I've used it once and it left me scrambling to check my fermentation data and verify that I pitched the correct yeast. It tasted exactly like that fruit cocktail flavor you get from a botched S-23 fermentation. ;)

It certainly is flavorful!

If you like Cashmere, try fermenting S-23 at 72F. It's a lot cheaper.

Not when you're using free hops.
