Hi All-
I will be transferring my two 5 gallon Oktoberfest batches on Sunday to their kegs. I usually carbonate via the burst carb method over 3-4 days. For these I think I just want to set it and forget it. I was planning on 2.5-2.75 volumes// 12-13 PSI and serving/carb at 38 degrees..
I will be serving these at a party October 20th and they have been lagering for about 6-7 weeks so far. So pretty much the plan is to let it have 3 weeks to carb and continue lagering. Dialectical rest was completed 6-7 weeks ago.
Being a lager and an Oktoberfest is there anything different or special I need to pay attention to when carbonating them?
