Hey guys,
I just got home from the store with ingredients fot an imperial stout. The lhbs didnt have carastan malt, thus I grabbed some caramunich ii because it said it was good for stouts. Have a look and let me know what you think:
7lbs light LME
3 lbs Mutton`s light DME
1lb Crystal 120L
8oz caramunich ii
8oz chocolate malt
8oz america borown malt
4oz roasted barley
6oz maltodextrin
2.5oz 14.0aa sorachi at 60m
.5oz sorachi 5 min
american ale ii yeast
pitched onto a yeast cake from a brown honey nut ale.
