Can I use this spa panel?

That is an RV panel. The only GFCI protection is on the 20A receptacle. The 30 and 50A are not GFCI protected and the 30A is a 120V RV configuration. I think you would be better off with a 50A spa panel.
 
I don’t have any free 50a breakers at my house panel. Not sure what model the panel is to upgrade my 30a to 50a
 
If you have determined that 30A is sufficient for your current system you can use a 30A breaker to supply a 50A spa panel. In this case the spa panel is being used for GFCI protection only and the 30A breaker in your main panel is protecting the wiring and spa panel from overload conditions. That's how I have mine setup.
 
Good to know Merlin. Thankyou for the clarification. This sounds like the best option in the event I chose to upgrade. What GFCI Panel do you use?
