I’d like to convert a 250 gallon LP take to high pressure and hard pipe it to my brew system. Can it be done?

A 250 gallon tank will have the same pressure as a 20 lb tank (when they are at the same temp and the liquid and gas phases are at equilibrium). You can hardline it to a brew system, grill, or any other propane rated appliance. The specific burners should provide the operating pressure range. Depending on the pressure needed, the tank regulator could be changed out. If you are using the LP for other appliances, you'll likely need a secondary regulatory to step down to their operating pressures as well.

I would consult either the LP supplier and/or a plumber.
