I had a sweet mead brewing, using some white labs sweet mead yeast. When it was do e fermenting I noticed It was a little to sweet, so I pitched a little left over dried beer yeast and some nutrient to ferment it out a little more. Right now it is at about the sweetness I am looking for. What would be the right amount of campdem tablets to throw into a 3 gallon batch of mead to stop fermentation. I used 2 lbs honey per gallon.

they say 1 tab per gallon you want no more then like 30ppm of sulphate or you can taste it

You might be able to stop fermentation if you cold crash and rack
But campten can prevent it from starting again but i seriously doubt it can stop it on its own
