I have the single and double burner of this model and are very sturdy. This is basically the price of the 2 burner model. They have the banjo burner that is desirable. Works fairly quick for 5 gallon batches and would work for 10 gallon, but be a bit slower (ie might take 20 minutes to get water from room temperature to 170F for the mash). The gas valve on these (and all others like this) have very poor flame control and are, in my opinion, not suitable for our use. I retrofit mine with the Blichmann Needle Valve ($13) and the GasOne Orifice Connector 3/8" flare to 1/8" NPT ($4.23) with the orifice drilled out to 3mm for use with natural gas. The orifices available from Blichmann do not work (need 1/8" NPT). To accommodate the needle valves, a manifold consisting of fittings and hose needs to be assembled, which would add cost. But I'm very pleased with the pinpoint control I get with the modification, very much worth it.
