I have stumbled upon 14 used pin lock corny kegs that were left at a restaurant by previous owners. Now the new owners want them gone. I don't know how long they have been sitting, but appear to be in good shape. Most still have the soda labels still on the tops. They will need a good cleaning and replacement O-rings and such. I want to get into kegging. What is a fair price to offer for them?

Thanks,

I've gotten ball locks in a similar way for $10 a piece but I felt lucky. "Fair" would be more like 20 because you will have to work to clean them and spend money on O rings.

It really depends on the market in your area. Where I'm at, ball locks are $75 in stores and $50 on craigslist. Pin locks are almost nonexistent on CL in my area but they appear every now and then for like $35 or $40.

But I'd offer $10 each and I wouldn't pay more than $25ea.
