Buying Shrink Wrapped Cans

So, awhile back I remember reading a thread where one of the posters found a company that was shrink wrapping cans with labels in small batches for homebrewers ( like orders of 250 or 500). I have spent the last 2 days combing through old threads and cannot find it. So I am asking the forum for some help. Anyone remember seeing that?
