Buying hops

Would anyone still buy hops from 2014, 2015 from yakima valley? I know there stored probably by them and suck just wondering what people 2 cents were on this

I'd be wary of buying hops that old but, that said, Yakima Valley Hops does a great job with their hops. They're vacuum sealed in nice, resealable bags so they may well be fine. I have bags of hops from them in my freezer that are over a year old and they still smell great when I open the bag and I don't really do anything except fold the bag to squeeze out most of the air and then reseal it.

I would avoid hops with high HSI values. Like, Cascade will have lost 75% of its AA in one year and nearly 95% in two...
