So I am going to buy a pressure cooker - mainly to make homemade dog food more quickly. But then I figured why not can some wort? That would be perfect for my starters.

Anyone have a cooker they recommend? I have never used one.

A pressure cooker is at the top of my wish list. The cheaper ones aren't too expensive, but the larger pressure canning type are really pricey. Used ones are also quite scare, especially this time of year and even those are usually priced high. I would recommend getting the largest one you can find/afford. I'm looking for a 24 qt. size or larger, but not having much luck finding one at a decent price.
