Bulk hop advice.

I am going to buy a pound of hops off of amazon.com because I have a $50 gift card and these are the only brewing related items that shipping will not eat up the gift cards. I pretty much only brew IPAs and pale ales and dry hop everything. Was wondering which hops I should buy by the pound that I could get the most use out of for these styles.

I don't see much of a selection on Amazon, but I didn't look really hard. For American IPAs or pale ales Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Amarillo, Simcoe, and maybe even Chinook or Willamette.

What if it is a pack of hop pellets from ritebrew.com it might still be 3 years old?

I bought 1# of cascade 1# of Columbus and 1# of chinook any one have a favorite recipe that incorporates these hops?
