after brewing my first Brut IPA and loving it, i was wondering if someone has brewed a Brut RIS? Now, i know that some residual sweetness is necessary for the RIS, but I have to say that the IPA has a perceived sweetness to my palate, i assume from the alcohol. My assumption is that a 8-10% ABV RIS that is as dry as possible would still be perceived a RIS, but wanted to check if anyone has tried it.
