Bru'n Water name adjustment

Somehow when I sent the minimum donation in order to get the newest version of the spreadsheet, it was miscommunicated (or possibly not received) that my full name was Joshua Smith, but that I wanted the brewery name to be Rusty-Smith Craft Brews. It now reads Joshua Smith Brewery at the top of the spreadsheet. Does anybody know how to change this?

I did that, but I just assumed he was a busy guy. Figured it'd be quicker to ask on here in case there was somebody who was some kind of excel expert.
