British Toasted Pale Malt

I've seen this in a few recipes that I've wanted to make. Anyone know where I can actually buy the stuff? A suitable substitute?

Just get some British Pale and toast in your oven at home. There's been many threads on how to do it.

You could also use Amber malt.
