British brown ale

Who has brewed a British brown ale? If so how does it taste? I'm looking forward to brewing it in the morning and can't wait to taste it when it's ready..

Like a Brown Ale.

Suggestion: go out a buy 3 or 4 examples from a local, decent bottle shop. That will give YOU a reference point.

Just mashed in on the NewCastle Accidental clone from this site myself. Sounds tasty! A good one to try is AleSmith Nut Brown. Yum!

No worries I will definitely try that Ian, I tried to find the recipe on this site but know one had it so I went back to my trusty homebrew book and found exactly what I needed. Cheers!!
