I have my 500l brite tank with 400l of cider set at 2 degrees with 20psi . Holding in the tank with gas disconnected . In the first 12 hours it appears quite foamy with little co2 absorption into the cider. Is it just a matter of me keeping the cooling on and waiting a few days. And adsorption will happen over time? I have glycol cooling which is real stable . Just hope I am not goin wrong.
