Anyone noticed the BrewZilla recirculation pump start to chatter when the flow is restricted to ~60% flow or below? This only started happening to me after it went through around 6 brews or so. It hasn't failed, but I'm wondering if there is a fix, or if I should look at replacing the pump.
... update. Attached video of the moving magnet impeller structure. Looks like it suffered damage during a period when I had a clog. I opened it to remove the clog, but it possibly damaged the surface affecting the resistive field during rotation?
