Hey guys any help would be appreciated. So I love Serria Nevada hop Hunter and found this recipe on brew toad got the ingredients and noticed it says to "boil" the flaked oats. I'm kinda new to all grain got about 10 batches under my belt but have never used flaked oats. On Serria nevadas website they say they use them, they also use hop oils(which I'm not) but I hope using the same HOPS will get me close. I can't find any real info on how to use flaked oats online. I use a 10 gal igloo mash tun and 5 gallon igloo for sparge. Please help on how and when to use the oats in this recipe.
