I am going modifying some brand new stockpots soon and am in the final phases of figuring out what sort of fittings I need on my eHLT/eHERMS, MT and BK. Before I order anything I want to hear thoughts from people about what sort of fittings they wish they had, what fittings they wished they had placed differently, what fittings are must haves, etc.

I used 1/2" silicone hose, and Bobby's high-flow elbows. I use the F-Camlocks for the hoses, and the M-camlocks for the bulkheads.
Combined with the SS chugger pump, Bobby's RIMs, etc. I'm digging it, and the system looks great.
Find a good welder (think back purge), or go with soldered or weldless for you bulkhead fittings.
All I can suggest is drawing your system, and then counting up all the fittings you'll need.
