Hi all, from Tacoma (Parkland area) and new to the forum. I brewed one batch of extract 10 years ago that turned out great. But, life got in the way and wasn’t able to get back to it. Fast forward 10 years and after looking into all-grain and the large foot print that would take, I talked the wife into a new Grainfather. I am excited to get brewing again.
