Hi folks!

Finally registered after lurking for too long... I'm pretty new to Homebrew, having a little more than a half dozen or so batches behind me. With thanks to all you good folks here on homebrewtalk, I'm currently brewing full boil extract and partial mash batches, no room for a proper mash tun yet (or so the boss tells me... ;-) ). Sarting now to have questions that aren't easily answered, so figured that maybe now is the time to say: Hello, Cheers, Slainte and thank you all in advance!
